As many of you know, last year was the season of innumerable battles with a big computer company. We spent hours and hours on the phone with tech support and customer service, trying to get our problems solved. Well, amazingly enough, we actually discovered an old recording on our computer of a tech support call that we apparently made a few months back. Don’t ask me how it got here; we didn’t have the technical ability to record anything back then. But it’s kind of funny nonetheless.
